Kang In called up for Korean Republic senior squad
The VCF player has been picked for the latest international fixtures for his country
Kang In has been called up for Korean Republic's next round of fixtures, during the upcoming international break. The VCF Academy product has been chosen by coach Paulo Bento as part of a 26-man squad to face Georgia (friendly, September 5th) and Turkmenistan (World Cup 2022 qualifier, September 10th).
He received his first senior call up in March, featuring in the squad for friendlies against Bolivia and Colombia, but is still to make his debut.
Eighteen-year-old Kang In has impressed for Valencia CF and for his country in the Under-20s World Cup (in which he was named Player of the Tournament).
